不同抗性松树组织结构与松脂组分差异研究

Difference in Tissue Structure and Pine Resin Components of Pine Trees with Different Resistances

  • 摘要: 不同松树对松材线虫病的抗性具有较大差异,但目前对松树的抗病机理研究仍处于探索阶段。以不同抗性的马尾松Pinus massoniana、黑松P. thunbergii、湿地松P. elliottii与火炬松P. taeda为研究对象,对其进行解剖结构观察和松脂组分测定,分析松树抗性与树脂道结构和松脂组分之间的关系。结果显示,4种松树的树脂道性状存在显著差异,湿地松与火炬松的树脂道呈现面积大、数目多的特征;方差分析表明,松脂组分中单萜与倍半萜在不同抗性松树间存在显著差异,火炬松与湿地松中倍半萜含量极少。相关性分析表明,松树抗性与β-蒎烯和柠檬烯含量呈显著或极显著正相关,与长叶蒎烯、环长叶烯和长叶烯含量呈显著负相关。以上研究结果为松树抗性育种和抗性生物制剂制备奠定了基础。

     

    Abstract: Resistances to pine wood nematode disease are significantly different, and the research on the disease resistance mechanism of different pine trees is still in the exploratory stage. In this study, four pine species with different resistances, namely Pinus massoniana, P. thunbergii, P. elliottii, and P. taeda, were selected as research objects, whose hanatomical structures and resin component contents were observed and determined, analyzing the relationship between resistance and tissue structure and resin component contents. The results showed that there were significant differences in the resin ducts characteristics of the tissue structures among the four pine species, the resin ducts in the tissues of P. elliottii and P. taeda presenting the characteristics of large area and numerous numbers. According to the variance analysis, the contents of monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes in the resin components were significantly different among the four pine species with different resistances, that of sesquiterpenes was extremely low in P. taeda and P. elliottii. Correlation analysis indicated that resistance of pine trees was significantly or very significantly positively correlated with the contents of β-pinene and limonene, and was negatively correlated with the contents of long leaf pinene, cyclo-long leaf pinene and long leaf pinene. The result above lays a foundation for resistance breeding and the preparation of resistance biological agents of pine trees.
