基于广泛靶向代谢组学分析马银花花瓣代谢差异

Analysis of Metabolic Differences of Rhododendron ovatum Flowers Based on Widely Targeted Metabolomics

  • 摘要: 为分析马银花Rododendron ovatum丰富的花色呈色机理,对粉白色、浅紫色、紫色3组不同花色马银花花瓣进行广泛靶向代谢组学分析,以期为改造马银花花色提供理论指导。结果表明,从3组马银花花瓣中共获得51类696种代谢物质,其中黄酮类代谢物最多(108种),其次是单萜类(39种)。粉白色花瓣组与紫色花瓣组差异物质有345种,上调329种,下调16种,111种显著差异代谢物被成功注释到42条代谢通路中;浅紫色花瓣组与紫色花瓣组差异物质有217种,上调193种,下调24种,67种显著差异代谢物被成功注释到31条代谢通路中;粉白色花瓣组与浅紫色花瓣组差异物质有248种,上调226种,下调22种,53种显著差异代谢物被成功注释到22条代谢通路中;3个比较组富集程度最高的通路都是黄酮类生物合成通路。矢车菊素-3-O-葡萄糖苷在调节马银花花瓣红色上起到显著作用,飞燕草素对马银花花瓣紫色也有一定的影响。

     

    Abstract: To investigate mechanism of flower coloration of Rhododendron ovatum, petal samples of three flower colors were analyzed on the basis of widely-targeted metabolomics, obtaining 51 classes of 696 metabolites, most of which was flavonoid metabolites (108), followed by monoterpenoids(39). There were 345 different metabolites between pink-white and purple petals, 329 up-regulated and 16 down-regulated. 111 metabolites with significant differences were successfully annotated to 42 metabolic pathways. There were 217 different metabolites between light purple and purple petals, 193 up-regulated and 24 down-regulated. Sixty-seven metabolites with significant differences were successfully annotated to 31 metabolic pathways. There were 248 different substances between pink and white petals and light purple petals, 226 up-regulated and 22 down-regulated. 53 significantly different metabolites were successfully annotated to 22 metabolic pathways. The highest accumulation degree in the 3 comparison groups was the flavonoid biosynthesis pathway. Centaurin-3-o-glucoside played a significant role in regulating red color of R.ovatum, while delphinin also had some effect on the purple color. This study provides theoretical guidance for the transformation of the flower color of R.ovatum.
