基于红外相机技术的浙江淳安县地栖鸟兽多样性调查

Diversity of Terrestrial Mammalian and Avian with Infrared Camera Technology in Chun’an County, Zhejiang Province

  • 摘要: 为研究淳安县境内的地栖鸟兽多样性,2021年7月—2022年11月,将淳安县全域分成若干个10 km×10 km的网格,依据区域全覆盖、重点突出、生境代表性、道路可达性等原则,选取工作网格数量共51个,布设了120台红外相机进行物种监测。结果表明,共获取独立有效照片9 111张,其中鸟类占26.37%,兽类占69.07%;经鉴定,有鸟类34种,分属5目14科26属;有兽类25种,分属7目15科23属;记录到国家一级保护动物白颈长尾雉Manis pentadactyla、穿山甲Syrmaticus ellioti和黑麂Muntiacus crinifrons 3种,国家二级保护动物勺鸡Pucrasiamacrolopha、白鹇Lophura nycthemerax、领角鸮Otus lettia、画眉Garrulax canorus、棕噪鹛Garrulax berthemyi、红嘴相思鸟Leiothrix lutea、猕猴Macaca mulatta、黑熊Ursus thibetanus、黄喉貂Martes flavigula、豹猫Prionailurus bengalensis和中华鬣羚Capricornis milneedwardsii 11种。RAI(相对丰富度指数)≥1的物种有白鹇、果子狸Paguma larvata和小麂Muntiacus reevesi 3种,是地栖优势种;千岛湖库区RAI最高的5个物种是勺鸡、白鹇、野猪Sus scrofa、小麂和赤腹松鼠 Callosciurus erythraeus,非库区RAI最高的5个物种是白鹇、猪獾 Arctonyx collaris、果子狸、野猪和小麂,存在49.15%的相似度,但相同物种的RAI库区极显著(P<0.01)低于非库区。因此,库区对地栖鸟兽影响较大,应加强库区湿地资源的监测和保护。

     

    Abstract: In order to understand the diversity of terrestrial birds and mammals, the entire area of Chun’an County was divided into grids of 10 km×10 km, 51 working grids were selected on the basis of principles such as full coverage, prominent focus, habitat representativeness and road accessibility, and 120 infrared cameras were deployed for species monitoring from July 2021 to November 2022. The results indicated that 9 111 effective photos had been obtained with birds accounting for 26.37% and mammals accounting for 69.07%. Thirty-four species of birds belong to 26 genera, 14 families, 5 orders, and 25 species of mammals belong to 23 genera, 15 families, 7 orders, including three species of Class I state key protected wild animals, Manis pentadactyla, Syrmaticus ellioti and Muntiacus crinifrons, and eleven species of ClassⅡstate key protected wild animals, Pucrasia macrolopha, Lophura nycthemera,Otus lettia, Garrulax canorus, Garrulax berthemyi, Leiothrix lutea, Macaca mulatta, Ursus thibetanus, Martes flavigula, Prionailurus bengalensis, Capricornis milneedwardsii. Based on the RAI(relative abundance index))≥ 1, three species, Lophura nycthemera, Paguma larvata and Muntiacus reevesi, are terrestrial dominant. Five species with the highest RAI in the Qiandao Lake reservoir area are P. macrolopha, L. nycthemera, Sus scrofa, M. reevesi, and Callosciurus erythraeus, five species with the highest RAI in the no-reservoir area are L. nycthemera, Arctonyx collaris, P. larvata, Sus scrofa and M. reevesi, their similarity reaching 49.15%. However, the RAI of the same species in the reservoir area is very significantly lower than that in the no-reservoir area, therefore, the reservoir area has a significant impact on terrestrial birds and mammals, and it is of necessity to strengthen the monitoring and protection of wetland resources in the reservoir area.
