海岸卫矛扦插繁育技术研究

Study of the Techniques for the Cutting Propagation of Euonymus tanakae

  • 摘要: 海岸卫矛Euonymus tanakae是典型的滨海植物,具有较高的观赏性和优良的抗逆性。为加快海岸卫矛的应用推广,解决种苗问题,本文以15年生海岸卫矛的当年生半木质化枝条为试验材料,探究了在自动喷雾条件下不同基质、不同插穗类型、不同浓度NAA溶液处理的插穗生根情况的影响。结果表明,干净的河沙和泥炭∶珍珠岩1∶3(V/V)混合基质均具有较好的扦插效果,其平均生根率和生根数分别为52.00%和4.53条·插穗−1以上;带踵插穗生根情况显著好于不带踵插穗,带踵主枝生根率为65.33%,平均生根数为7.33条·插穗−1,带踵侧枝生根率为64.67%,平均生根数为7.40条·插穗−1;用200 mg·L−1NAA溶液处理的插穗生根效果最佳,其生根率和生根数分别可达68.00%和5.30条·插穗−1,高于其他浓度处理;NAA溶液处理能促进插穗提早10 d左右生根。因此,在生产中可用200 mg·L−1NAA溶液处理插穗,基质可用干净的河沙或混合基质。

     

    Abstract: Euonymus tanakae is a typical coastal plant with highly ornamental value and excellent stress resistance. To accelerate the application and popularization of E. tanakae and increase the amount of seedlings, the branches of 15-year-old E. tanakae were used as experimental materials, exploring the effects of different substrates, cutting types and concentrations of NAA solutions on the rooting of cuttings under the automatic spraying condition. The results showed that both clean river sand and the mixed substrate of peat and perlite in volume ratio of 1∶3 had good cutting effects, with the average rooting rate and the number of new roots being more than 52.00% and 4.53 per cutting, respectively. The rooting of cuttings with heels was significantly better than that of cuttings without heels. The rooting rate of the main branches with heels was 65.33%, and the average number of new roots was 7.33 per cutting. The rooting rate of the lateral branches with heels was 64.67%, and the average number of new roots was 7.40 per cutting. The cuttings treated with 200 mg·L−1 concentration of NAA solution had the best rooting effect, with the rooting rate and the number of new roots reaching 68.00% and 5.30 per cutting, respectively, both of which are higher than those in other concentration treatments. NAA solution could promote rooting of cuttings about 10 days earlier, Therefore, 200 mg·L−1 concentration of NAA solution with clean river sand or mixed substrate can be used to treat cuttings in production.
