Abstract:
The genus
Hausknechtia belongs to the family Psathyrellaceae, order Agaricales, class Agaricomycetes, phylum Basidiomycota. Only a few species of this genus have been discovered so far. This paper reported that a macrofungus specimen collected during a survey of macrofungal resources in Jiangshan City, Zhejiang Province, was identified on the basis of morphological characteristics and molecular biological methods. A phylogenetic tree was constructed using the Neighbor-Joining method with ITS and LSU sequences. The results showed that the macrofungus specimen labeled 2023070414 belonged to
Hausknechtia leucosticta (Pat.) Tkalčec, J.Q. Yan, C.F. Nie & C.K. Pradeep. Relevant literature indicated that this species was a newly recorded species for Zhejiang Province. The result enriches the macrofungal diversity in Zhejiang Province and provides a reference for further studies on the taxonomy, distribution and diversity of fungi in Zhejiang Province and even in China.
