青花椒枝条采剪力学参数试验与分析

Mechanical Parameter Testing and Analysis of Zanthoxylum schinifolium Harvesting with Branches

  • 摘要: 针对青花椒Zanthoxylum schinifolium & Zucc带枝采剪、枝干破碎研究缺乏理论试验数据基础与参考的问题,对青花椒枝条几何形状及相关力学关系进行了假定,参照相关文献对青花椒枝条进行制样并使用万能试验机对青花椒枝条试样进行了轴向与径向的压缩、拉伸、弯曲试验,通过数据分析整理与计算相互印证得到了青花椒枝条的弹性参数。最终测得青花椒枝条轴向弹性模量为435.88 MPa,径(切)向弹性模量为57.78 MPa,同性面剪切模量为22.22 MPa,异性面剪切模量为253.12 MPa,异性面泊松比<0.171。青花椒枝条符合各向异性弹性材料的特点。试验结果可以为青花椒带枝采剪、枝干破碎等研究与设备开发提供理论数据参考。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the lack of theoretical test data and references for the research on harvesting with branches and branches crushing of Zanthoxylum schinifolium Siebold & Zucc., this study made assumptions regarding the geometric shape and related mechanical relationships of the branches. According to relevant literature, branch samples of Z. schinifolium were subjected to axial and radial compression, tension and bending tests conducted by using a universal testing machine. Through data analysis, collation and calculations, the elastic parameters of the branches were obtained. The final measurement showed that the axial elastic modulus of Z. schinifolium branches was 435.88 MPa, the radial (tangential) elastic modulus was 57.78 MPa, the shear modulus of the isotropic plane was 22.22 MPa, the shear modulus of the anisotropic plane was 253.12 MPa, and the Poisson’s ratio of the anisotropic plane was less than 0.171. The branches of Z. schinifolium have characteristics of anisotropic elastic materials. The test results can provide theoretical data and references for the research on branch-with-twig harvesting, pruning, branch crushing, and the development of related equipment for this species.
