浙江安吉竹乡国家森林公园木本植物多样性及土壤理化性质分析

Analysis of Woody Plants Diversity and Soil Physicochemical Properties in Anji Zhuxiang National Forest Park, Zhejiang Province

  • 摘要: 为探究浙江安吉竹乡国家森林公园内环境因子与土壤理化性质对木本植物多样性的影响,为该区域生态系统稳定性和生物多样性保护提供科学依据。本研究在浙江安吉竹乡国家森林公园内筛选出6个具有代表性植被类型的小样地,系统分析了木本植物的多样性指数、区系特征及其土壤理化特征。结果表明:(1)6个小样地共调查记录木本植物1130株,隶属于37科49属70种,这些木本植物的区系成分以温带分布型为主(54.29%),兼有热带分布型(24.29%)、世界广布型(17.14%)及中国特有植物类型(7.14%)。(2)土壤的持水能力、pH值和全氮含量对木本植物多样性具有显著影响(P<0.05)。AJ-S05样地因具备最高的田间持水量(528.5 g·kg−1)和全氮含量(2.73 g·kg−1),其物种丰富度(37种)及Shannon多样性指数(2.646)显著高于其他样地。相比而言,AJ-S01样地土壤(pH=4.35)酸性环境显著抑制部分植物生长,导致低 pH值样地内物种丰富度与个体数量显著降低。(3)冗余分析(RDA)结果进一步表明,氮含量和土壤水分保持能力对群落结构的塑造具有显著作用。综上所述,木本植物多样性受多种外界因素影响,其中土壤水分与全氮含量是影响保护区木本植物多样性的重要因素。 研究结果为深入理解浙江安吉竹乡国家森林公园内生态系统的动态变化及制定相应保护策略提供重要参考。

     

    Abstract: To investigate impacts of environmental factors and soil physicochemical properties on woody plants diversity within Anji Zhuxiang National Forest Park, Zhejiang Province, and to ensure regional ecosystem stability and biodiversity conservation, the diversity indices, floristic characteristics and soil physicochemical properties of woody plants that grew in six representative small plots selected from this park were systematically analyzed. The results are as follows: (1) A total of 1 130 woody plant individuals were recorded in the six plots, belonging to 37 families, 49 genera and 70 species. The floristic elements of the woody plants were dominated by the temperate distribution type (54.29%), followed by the tropical distribution type (24.29%), the worldwide type (17.14%), and the type endemic to China (7.14%). Soil water-holding capacity, pH value, and total nitrogen content had significant effects on woody plant diversity (P<0.05). In plot AJ-S05, which exhibited the highest field water-holding (528.5 g·kg−1) and total nitrogen content (2.73 g·kg−1), the species richness (37 species) and Shannon diversity index (2.646) were significantly higher than those in the other plots. In contrast, the acidic soil environment (pH=4.35) in plot AJ-S01 significantly inhibited the growth of certain plants, resulting in a marked reduction in both species richness and number of individuals in such a low-pH plot. It was further shown by the redundancy analysis (RDA) that nitrogen content and soil water-holding capacity exerted significant effects on shaping the community structure. Overall, the diversity of woody plants is affected by multiple external factors, among which soil water content and total nitrogen content are identified as important ones in the reserve. These findings provide an important reference for a deeper understanding of the dynamic changes of the ecosystem and for the formulation of corresponding conservation strategies of Anji Zhuxiang National Forest Park, Zhejiang Province.
