铁皮石斛多糖在化妆品中的功效研究

Efficacy Study of Dendrobium officinale Polysaccharides in Cosmetics

  • 摘要: 以浙江省杭州余杭长乐林场生产的铁皮石斛(Dendrobium officinale)为研究对象,对其茎多糖提取物进行体外抗氧化、细胞毒性、促增殖、保湿、划痕修复以及预防H2O2损伤等方面的功效研究。结果表明,铁皮石斛多糖提取物在抗氧化方面表现优越,1.00 mg·mL−1的多糖提取物对DPPH自由基清除率达61.44%±0.64%。此外,与未添加多糖提取物的对照组相比,添加1.00 mg·mL−1多糖提取物对HaCaT细胞表现出显著的促增殖效果和保湿效果,其相对增殖率提高96.05%±10.95%,干燥损伤修复率高达83.92%±6.16%。用铁皮石斛多糖提取物孵育后的HSF细胞对H2O2刺激有明显的防护效果,细胞存活率高达91.07%±5.97%。以上研究结果表明,铁皮石斛多糖提取物具有较强的抗氧化、保湿和修护功效,温和安全,具有开发为化妆品原料的潜力。

     

    Abstract: Taking Dendrobium officinale produced in Changle Forest Farm, Yuhang District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province as the research object, this study investigated the efficacy of polysaccharide extracts from its stems in terms of in vitro antioxidant activity, cytotoxicity, proliferation-promoting effect, moisturizing property, scratch wound healing and protection against H2O2-induced damage. The results showed that the polysaccharide extract of D. officinale exhibited excellent antioxidant activity. The extract of 1.00 mg·mL-1 scavenged 61.44% ± 0.64% of DPPH free radicals. Moreover, compared with the control group without polysaccharide extract, the addition of 1.00 mg·mL-1 polysaccharide extract significantly promoted the proliferation of HaCaT cells and moisturizing effect, with a relative proliferation rate increasing by 96.05% ± 10.95% and the repair rate for dry damage reaching 83.92% ± 6.16%. HSF cells incubated with the polysaccharide extract exhibited obvious protective effect against H2O2 stimulation, with a cell viability of up to 91.07% ± 5.97%. These findings indicate that the polysaccharide extract of D. officinale possesses strong antioxidant, moisturizing and repairing effects, is mild and safe, and has potential for development as a cosmetic raw material.
