XRD and FTIR Analysis on Bamboo Culm Treated by High-temperature Hot Water Extraction

  • 摘要: 对毛竹(Phyllostachys heterocycla cv. Pubescens)材进行了不同温度(130、150、170℃)和不同时间(60、90、120 min)的高温热水抽提处理,并应用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)进行分析,XRD分析结果表明,热水抽提处理并未改变纤维素结晶区结构,随着严格因子(S0)的增加,相对结晶度先上升后下降;FTIR分析结果表明,经过处理材料中羟基数量减少,并随S0的增加而不断减少,材料中羰基数目经处理后减少,但随S0的增加,其先减少后上升。
    Abstract: Hot water extraction of Phyllostachys heterocycla cv. pubescens culm was performed at different temperature(130℃, 150℃ and 170℃) with different duration(60, 90 and 120 minutes). X- ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy ( FTIR) analysis on treated culms and control(untreated culm) showed that hot water extraction did not change the structure of crystalline region of cellulose. Relative crystallinity increased at first and then decreased with the increase of strictness factor(S0). FTIR analysis demonstrated that hydroxyl groups decreased after treatment, and kept decrease with increase of S0 rise, while carbonyl decreased, but increased with S0
