Abstract:
Based on the results of single factor experiment, three levels and three factors of Box-Behnken design was employed combining with response surface methodology (RSM) to optimize the fermentation conditions for taxol production from endophytic fungus. The result showed that the optimal fermentation conditions were as follows: glucose 25.54 g/L, soybean powder7.94 g/L and sodium acetate 5.64g/L. Verification test demonstrated that the average yield of taxol was 313.52 μg/L, similar to theoretical value of 331.6 2μg/L.
