利用木屑制备油气回收和液相脱色颗粒活性炭的研究

Technology for Preparation of Granular Activated Carbon for GasolineVapor Recovery and Liquid Decolorization from Wood Sawdust

  • 摘要: 以木屑为原料用不同浓度的磷酸溶液做活化剂制备吸附汽油蒸汽的载体颗粒活性炭和液相脱色用颗粒活性炭。采用正交试验研究了磷酸浓度、磷酸与木屑的重量比、活化温度、活化时间等因素对活性炭吸附性能的影响。结果表明,最佳的工艺条件为:磷酸浓度85%,磷酸与木屑的质量比1.9:1,活化温度430℃,活化时间90min。在最佳工艺条件制得活性炭试样的丁烷工作容量为12.50 g?100 mL-1,亚甲基蓝吸附值为255 mg?g-1,活性炭试样的BET 比表面积和孔容积分别为2 024.15 m2?g-1 和1.654 3 cm3?g-1

     

    Abstract: Preparation of granular activated carbon for gasoline vapor recovery and liquid decolorization from wood sawdust was conducted byphosphoric acid activation method. Orthogonal experiments were carried out on different effect of phosphoric acid concentration, weight riatio ofphosphoric acid and sawdust, activating temperature on properties of activated carbon. The results showed that the optimal technology was as follows,concentration of phosphoric acid of 85%, weight ratio of phosphoric acid and sawdust of 1.9:1, activation temperature at 430℃, and activation timeof 90 minutes. Under the optimal process, prepared activated carbon had butane working capacity of 12.50 g?100 mL-1, methylene blue adsorption of255 mg?g-1, BET surface area and pore volume of 2 024.15 m2?g-1 and 1.654 3 cm3?g-1 respectively.
