竹束形状对重组竹吸水性能的影响

Effect of Bundle Diameter on Water Absorption Propertiesof Bamboo Scrimber

  • 摘要: 用粗、细2 种竹束分别制备重组竹,测试不同竹束形状对重组竹吸水率、吸水厚度膨胀率、吸水宽度膨胀率以及重组竹水平剪切强度的影响。实验结果表明,在10 min 浸胶时间下,细竹束的上胶量约为粗竹束上胶量的142.3%;在相同的时间下,粗竹束重组竹的吸水率、吸水厚度膨胀率以及吸水宽度膨胀率为细竹束重组竹的114.0%,131.1%和115.0%;粗竹束制备的重组竹的水平剪切强度小于细竹束重组竹。试验显示,竹束细化后,浸胶更加均匀,越容易压密实,改善了重组竹的胶合性能。

     

    Abstract: Bamboo scrimbers were prepared with thick and thin bamboo bundles as raw materials. Determinations were conducted on waterabsorption, thickness swelling rate, width swelling rate and horizontal shearing strength of scrimbers. The results showed that glue loading of thinbamboo bundles was 142.3% of thick ones 10 minutes after dipping glue. Water absorption, thickness swelling rate, and width swelling rate ofbamboo scrimber made by thin bundles was 114.0%, 131.1% and 115.0% of that by thick ones. The horizontal shear strength of the scrimber made bythick bamboo bundles was less than that by thin ones. The experiment resulted that thinner bundles had even gluing, denser pressed and betterproperties of scrimber.
