容器类型和基质配比对秋茄树幼苗生长的影响

Influence of Container Type and Substrate Composition on Growth of Kandelia obovata Seedlings

  • 摘要: 为探讨容器类型和生长基质对秋茄树Kandelia obovata幼苗质量的影响,筛选出适宜的容器苗培育方法,为秋茄树容器育苗提供指导,本研究采用双因子随机区组试验设计,包括2种容器类型(C1-塑料袋和 C2-无纺布袋)和4种生长基质(M1-海泥;M2-V泥炭土∶V蛭石∶V珍珠岩=4∶4∶2;M3-V泥炭土∶V蛭石∶V珍珠岩=5∶3∶2,以及M4-V泥炭土∶V蛭石∶V珍珠岩=6∶2∶2),通过对不同组合下容器苗的形态、根系、光合和生物量等指标的测定分析,揭示容器类型、基质配比以及两因素交互作用对秋茄树容器苗质量的影响。结果表明:容器类型显著影响秋茄树幼苗的株高、根生物量、茎生物量、总生物量、根体积和根尖数(P<0.05),与C1容器培育的幼苗相比,C2容器苗的株高、根生物量、茎生物量、总生物量、根体积和根尖数分别提高了8.33%、9.47%、15.21%、9.72%、33.97%和23.55%;基质配比显著影响秋茄树幼苗的株高、地径、生物量、Dickson质量指数(DQI)、平均根直径、净光合速率和叶氮含量(P<0.05),与采用M1基质培育的幼苗相比,用轻基质(M2、M3或M4)培育幼苗的株高、地径、地上部生物量、地下部生物量、总生物量、DQI、平均根直径、净光合速率和叶氮含量至少提高了9.78%、13.60%、29.25%、20.39%、30.06%、30.88%、8.75%、24.22%和74.44%;两者的交互作用对株高、叶生物量和根表面积均有显著影响(P<0.05)。综合考虑苗木质量和育苗成本,秋茄树容器育苗宜采用C2M2组合。

     

    Abstract: In June 2021, embryonal axis were selected from Kandelia obovate forest in Sanmen, Zhejiang province. Experiments were conducted on container seedling cultivation by randomized blocks design with 2 factors and 2 levels, including two container types (C1: plastic bag, C2: non-woven fabric bag) and four substrates (M1: sea mud; M2: Vpeat∶Vvermiculite∶Vperlite = 4∶4∶2; M3: Vpeat∶Vvermiculite∶Vperlite = 5∶3∶2, and M4: Vpeat∶Vvermiculite∶Vperlite = 6∶2∶2). In October 2021, determinations were conducted on net photosynthesis rate, relative chlorophyll content, height, ground diameter, biomass etc. of tested container seedlings. The results showed that container type significantly affected seedling height, root biomass, stem biomass, total biomass, root volume, root tip number. Height, root biomass, stem biomass, total biomass, root volume and root tip number of seedlings in container C2 increased by 8.33%, 9.47%, 15.21%, 9.72%, 33.97% and 23.55% than than in container C1. Substrate composition significantly affected seedling height, ground diameter, biomass, Dickson’s quality index (DQI), average root diameter, net photosynthetic rate and leaf nitrogen content. Height, ground diameter, above-ground biomass, below-ground biomass, total biomass, DQI, mean root diameter, net photosynthetic rate, and leaf nitrogen content of seedlings on M2, M3, and M4 increased by 9.78 %, 13.60%, 29.25%, 20.39%, 30.06%, 30.88%, 8.75%, 24.22% and 74.44% compared with that on M1. Interaction between the two factors significantly affected seedling height, leaf biomass and root surface area.
