Effect of Fruit Bagging on Fruit Rot and Quality of Kiwifruit

  • Experiments were conducted from May 21 to August 7, 2015 on fruit bagging of Kiwifruit (Actinidia chinensis) in Jiangshan, Zhejiangprovince. The result demonstrated that bagging at May 21 had lower fruit rot occurrence than the other treatments, the control effect had 100%.Bagging after June 2 had more than 50% fruit rot occurrence. Bag removing at August 26 had the best control effect of fruit rot, about 70%.Experiment of bagging in 2016 demonstrated that soluble sugar content of fruit with different bagging time had no great difference among them, butdifferent removal time of bag had evident effect on soluble sugar content with that of the control.
