Current Situation and Countermeasures for Forest Park Administration in Zhejiang Province

By the end of 2016, 269 forest parks in Zhejiang province were licensed to be established, among them, 39 national ones, 80 provincial and 150 urban ones, with total area of 460,000ha. Measurements have been implemented in recent years like more investment, better administration and higher quality tourism product for better scenic resources, ecological civilization and economic benefit. There are challenges such as laws and regulations for approving and supervising forest park, plan for forest park construction, public infrastructure building. Suggestions were put forwarded such as legal construction, industry supervision, planning management, resources conservation, etc.
