Evaluation on Outdoor Environment of University Campus in Harbin

11 universities were selected in Harbin, Heilongjiang province for outdoor environment evaluation, with four indicators and 33 factors.Based on the questionnaire data, indicators and their weights were calculated by analytic hierarchy process and factor analysis, and then outdoorenvironment of tested universities were evaluated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The results show that the most important was the functionalindicators with weight of 0.288 5, among them, route fluency and slip resistant pavement were the highest, 0.138 9 and 0.134 6 respectively. Whilethe lowest weight was ornamental indicator, with only 0.207.
