Analysis of Nutrient Components in Leaf and Flower Bud of Staphyleabumalda

  • Leaf and flower bud of Staphyleabumaldawas collected in April of 2017 and seed was harvested in September of the same year in Lujiang of Anhui province for determination of nutritional component.The results showed that protein content in leaf and flower bud was 6.88g?100g-1 and 7.36g?100g-1, essential amino acids accounted for 29.71% and 23.45% of total amino acids.dietary fiber, respectively accounted for 90% and 79% of crude fiber.Total flavonoid content in leaf and flower bud reached 232.03 mg?100g-1 and 260.07 mg?100g-1.Moreover, the unsaturated fatty acid in the seeds oil accounted for 86.68%, including 7.78% of linolenic acid.
