Investigation on Habitat of CarpinustientaiensisCommunity in Tiantai

  • Investigations by quadrat sampling were carried out on communitiesof Carpinustientaiensis trees in Tiantai of Zhejiang province in June of 2016.And physical and chemical properties of sampled soil were determined.The results showed that physical and chemical properties of testedsoil werefavorablefor plant growth.Investigations on communities demonstrated that there were124 species, belong to 55 families and91 genera.The areal-types of genera of plant in C.tientaiensis communities could be divided into 13 patterns.The relative abundance, relative frequency, relative prominence and important value of Cryptomeria fortuneiin each sample plots were the highest, 40.12%, 21.77%, 43.51% and 35.13%, indicating that the growth of C.fortuneihad great effect on the environment of the communities.The maximum and minimum value of species number, Simpson dominance index, Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Pielou eveness index wasrespectively 56and 11, 0.943 2and 0.808 9, 2.397 9and 1.714 6, 0.832 5 and 0.426.
