Abstract
To clarify the bacteria community structure and diversity in the intestine of Brithys crini (Fabricius, 1775) larvae, the V3-V4 regions of the 16S rDNA genes of intestinal bacteria in larvae of Brithys crini were sequenced by IonS5TMXL techniques. The numbers of sequences and operational taxonomic units (OTUs), species composition, abundance and diversity of intestinal bacteria were analyzed using Cutadapt and Uparse softwares.A total of 273 453 reads were obtained from the four individuals.Under 97% similarity, each sample could be clustered into 512 OTUs, and annotated into 23 phyla, 57 classes, 86 orders, 168 families and 347 genera.Proteobacteria and Firmicutes were dominated. The diversity indices of Simpson, Shannon and Chao were 0.926-0.975, 5.661-6.823 and 439.565-584.118.The result indicated the high diversity of the intestinal bacteria of B.crini which differed in community structures and diversity among individuals.
