Application of IAC in Pretreatment for Determination of Organophosphorus Pesticide Residues in Fruits and Vegetables

  • A multifunctional immunoaffinity columns, MycoSep 226 AflaZon+, were applied to purify the extract of organophosphorus pesticide from Myrica rubra, Cucumis sativus and Capsicum annum, based on the standard of NY/T 761-2008.The process of purification could be completed in one minute, and the purified liquid could be directly determined, that significantly reduced contamination to the devices.The result demonstrated that 19 common organophosphorus pesticides, including dichlorvos, profenofos and acephate, had good linear relations in the range of 0.02-1.0 mg?L-1 with correlation coefficients above 0.999.This method could be repeated many times with standard deviation of only 0.84%.The total recovery rates of low, medium, and high concentrations of samples in the range of 85.4%-96.1%, 89.7%-97.1%, 90.2%-103% were above 85%.
