Effect of Different Fertilization Treatment on Growth of Different Ormosia hosiei Seedlings after Afforestation

  • In March 2019, experiments were implemented on effect of different fertilization treatment on afforestation of 1-year and 2-year Ormosia hosiei seedlings with different ground diameter, different seedling types and cutting back. In October of the current year, determination was carried out on height and ground diameter growth and height ground diameter ratio of seedlings. The result demonstrated that under the same fertilization treatment,height and ground diameter growth of seedling with 2 cm ground diameter by ball transplanting was evident higher than that of container ones. Under the same fertilization treatment, height growth of seedlings with 4 cm ground diameter by ball transplanting with cutting back was evident higher than that with complete crown ones, but ground diameter growth had no evident difference. Integrated evaluation was made by fuzzy subordinate function method on comprehensive benefits of afforestation O. hosiei seedlings under different treatment conditions. Height growth, ground diameter growth, height-ground diameter ratio and afforestation cost were selected as indicators. Results showed that the highest comprehensive benefit of afforestation of O. hosiei seedlings was with 2 cm ground diameter by ball transplanting and 30 g/plant compound fertilizer.
