Abstract
On October 24th 2019, 30 Camellia oleifera ‘Changlin 40’ trees were selected from Qingyuan, Zhejiang province for harvesting fruits. Experiments were conducted on fruits treated by different storage height of tier-shelving and storage days, and determinations were implemented on cracking degree, moldy rate, moisture content, rate of oil production and oil quality of different treated fruits. The result demonstrated that cracking rate reached 26.7%-28.34%, moldy degree of 3.3, and rate of oil production of 40.49 of fruit treated by storage height of 10 cm with 15 days, while that of the control (no treatment) was respectively 0, 0 and 33.07%.
