Extraction Technology of ChlorogenicAcid from Lonicerae japonica with Water as Solvent

  • Experiments were conducted on different extraction methods with water as solvent of chlorogenic acid from Lonicera japonica. The result demonstrated that comparing with water decoction and ultrasonic extraction, water reflux extraction had the highest extraction efficiency of chlorogenic acid. On the basis of single factor experiment results, orthogonal test was implemented with liquid-solid ratio, extraction temperature and extraction duration as factors for extraction efficiency of chlorogenic acid. It showed that under the optimal extraction conditions of liquid-solid ratio of 25 mL/g, extraction temperature of 75℃, extraction duration of 60 min, extraction twice, the relative extraction efficiency of chlorogenic acid was (97.22± 0.84) %.
