Influence of Interplanting of Stropharia rugosoannulata in Vineyard on Grape Growth and Fruit Quality

  • Two sample plots were established respectively in vineyard of 11-year Vitis vinefera × V. labrusca and 3-year V. labruscana ×V. vinefera after harvest and pruning on September 10th. Experiments were carried out on interplanting Stropharia rugosoannulata in sample plots with no interplanting as control. On July and August, soil, leaf and grape samples were collected for determination. The results indicated that the content of organic matter, hydrolytic nitrogen and available potassium increased significantly and the content of copper and zinc decreased 36.35% and 31.58% in interplanting plots, compared with that in the control. The leaf size and thickness increased, and single fruit weight, total soluble solid, solid to acid ratio and hardness of fruit improved in interplanting plots compared with that in the control. Anthocyanin content in fruit of V. vinefera × V. labrusca increased 40.24% than that in the control.
