Four Albino Bird Species in Zhejiang Province

Four albino bird species were reported in Zhejiang Province. On May 1st and December 18th, 2020, one partial albino Anas zonorhyncha was observed on the water of Huagang Park, West Lake Scenic Area of Hangzhou. On October 15th, 2020, one partial albino Tachybaptus ruficollis was found in the reed pond of Yuhuan Xuanmenwan National Wetland Park. On March 13th, 2021, one partial albino Streptopelia chinensis was found in the woodland of Dongjin village, Huzhen Town, Longyou county, Quzhou. On March 23rd, 2021, one albino Motacilla alba was found on the paddy field of Dongjin village, Huzhen town, Longyou county, Quzhou.
