  • A new record species of Pachyprotasis Hartig, 1837, Pachyprotasis melanosoma Wei & Zhong, 2002 (Hymenoptera, Tenthredinidae, Tenthredininae) is reported in Hebei Province, which has been collected in Mt. Wuyuezhai, China. As well as the geographical distribution list of known species of P. melanosoma group Worldwide is provided. These specimens are deposited in the Scientific Research and Management Center of East China Medicinal Botanical Garden, Lishui, Zhejiang, China.
