Research on Satisfaction of Recreational Resources in Xuedou Mountain Scenic Area

Tourists’ comments on Xuedou Mountain Scenic Area, Zhejiang province were collected from July 1st, 2020 to December 30th, 2021 on relevant tourism websites. Importance-performance analysis was used to service management, natural environment, tourism facilities, cultural landscape and tourist experience, as well as to 23 evaluation indicators. The results showed that the average degree of tourists' awareness of the recreation elements in Xuedou Mountain Scenic Area was 9.76 and the average value of satisfaction was 3.81. Among the 23 indicators of recreation resources, 13 ones were satisfied above the average value of satisfaction and 10 ones were below. Using the importance average value of 9.76 as the vertical coordinate divider and the satisfaction average value of 3.81 as the horizontal divider, the IPA analysis chart was divided into four quadrants:the advantage maintenance area, the continuous improvement area, the positive improvement area and the appropriate transition area.
