Experiment on Key Techniques and Rejuvenation for Ex-situ Conservation of Ancient Sophora japonica

  • Presentations were made on investigation, personnel and material preparation, root detected by tree radar waves, trunk detection by stress wave, preparation of I-beam bracket lifting, as well as rejuvenation technique for ex situ conservation of two ancient Sophora japonica in Beijing. The results indicated that sufficient preparations ensured the success of transplantation of the two ancient trees.
