Detection by Staining of Embolic Vessels of Robinia pseudoacacia Branch

Collection of 2-year branches of 5-year Robinia pseudoacacia was carried out in Yangling, Shaanxi province. Experiment was conducted on embolism detection by staining on artificial embolic vessel group (100%), de-embolic vessel group (removing embolism completely) with different pressure and duration. The result demonstrated that it had the best effect of detection with the pressure of 0.04 kpa, duration of 60 minutes. With that combination, embolic vessel group would not be dyed while de-embolic vessel group could be dyed completely. Comparison on detection result with different negative pressure showed that it could be detected accurately.
