Abstract
On April 5th 2020, 2-year branches of Ficus pandurata were cut in Songyang, Zhejiang province. Experiments were conducted on seedling cultivation with different rooting agents and different substrates. The results showed that cuttings treated by 300 mg/L ABT2 for 30 minutes had the best effect, with survival rate of 91.67%, 17.33 of roots, 11.74 cm of root length, 8.82 new twigs and 10.57 cm of new branch length. The experiment demonstrated that cuttings in substrate of yellow soil (40%) + waste mushroom substrate (30%) + organic fertilizer (30%) had 93.89% survival rate, 10.24 of rooting, 10.69 cm of root length, 11.40 of new twigs and 23.03 cm length of new shoot.
