Abstract
Mikania micrantha, as an invasive plant, grows very fast and has spread continuously since its occurrence in Zhongshan City, which has brought serious harm to forestry. In order to screen out the chemical agents with better control effect on M. micrantha, this experiment selected three herbicides of Ziweiqing, aminocyclopyrachlor and Guanweijing to spray in abandoned orchards, and regularly checked the death rate and phytotoxicity of M.micrantha. The results showed that the death rate of M. micrantha reached more than 98% after 7 days of spraying aminochloropyridinic acid. It takes about 45 days for the death rate of Ziweiqing and Guanweijing to reach more than 98%. In terms of the root and stem death rate and the level of phytotoxicity, the control effect of aminocyclopyrachlor on M. micrantha was also higher than that of Ziweiqing and Guanweijing. In summary, among the three agents, aminocyclopyrachlor has the best control effect on M. micrantha. It is suggested that aminocyclopyrachlor can be used as an efficient control agent in areas with great harm to M. micrantha such as forest land and non-cultivated land.
