New Floristic Data from Protected Areas of Qingtian, Zhejiang Province, and Their Taxonomic Significance

This paper reports new discoveries from a baseline survey of plant resources in Qingtian County nature protection area, Zhejiang Province, including four newly recorded species and three new forms. Scutellaria tayloriana is a new distribution record in East China, while Hedyotis longipetala, Persicaria zhenaiguoi and Dicliptera chinensis are newly recorded in Zhejiang Province. Additionally, three new forms are described, namely Sycopsis sinensis f. flaviflora, Rubus peltatus f. roseus, and Camellia lucidissima f. roseoalba. The detailed morphological characteristics, geographical distributions and voucher specimens for these taxa are provided, enriching the floristic data of East China and providing a scientific basis for plant biodiversity conservation and the sustainable utilization of plant resources.
