  • Descriptions were made on researches on distribution, habitat, population numbers and structure, feeding, social behavior, growth and reproduction, conservation genetics of Cervus nippon kopschi, listed as the national first grade wildlife of China for protection. Further researches need to be focused on distribution range, population numbers and structure, estimation of habitat, behavior, population distribution pattern.
