Determinations on Pb, Cd, As and Hg Content in Fruit of Myrica rubra from Different Regions of Zhejiang

  • Determinations were conducted in June-July of 2014 and 2015 on Pb, Cd, As, Hg content in fruit of Myriea rubra and stand soil, as well as pH and organic matter content in the soil from 193 orchards of 15 counties, Zhejiang province. Analysis was made on relations of tested four heavy metal content in fruit with pH, organic matter content, four heavy metals in the soil. The results showed that detection rate of Pb, Cd, As, Hg content in the fruit reached 100%, among them, Pb content was over-limit in 6 orchards, Cd in 1 orchard. There was no obvious correlation between four heavy metals content in fruit and pH value, organic matter content. Pb and Cd content in the fruit had great correlation with that in the soil, with correlation coefficient of 0.791 and 0.884.The content of As in the soil was significantly correlated with that in the fruit, but no so evident than Pb and Cd. There was no obvious correlation between the HG content in the soil with that in the fruit.
