Orthogonal Experiment on Medium for Tissue Culture Bletilla striata Seedling Rooting

Orthogonal experiments were conducted on effect of different concentration and combination of NAA, GA3, 6-BA and mashed banana in 1/2MS on rooting of tissue culture Bletilla striata seedling. The results showed that NAA, mashed banana and GA3 could promote growth of root system, while 6-BA had inhibitory effect on rooting. The optimal medium for rooting was 1/2MS + 0.2 mg/L NAA + 0.5mg/L GA3 + 30g/L mashed banana. Root growth curve of tissue culture Bletilla Striata seedling was "S" type.
