  • Current situation was analyzed on import and export supervision of wild animals and plants in China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, especially on problems of regulations and rules, the spot supervision, coordination of different institutions, evaluation system and follow-up supervision. Countermeasures were put forwarded such as clear penalties, improvement of coordination, spot supervision, evaluation system.
