  • Collection of insects was conducted in Wuxijiang National Wetland Park in Quzhou, Zhejiang province by plot method and light trapping. Classification and identification demonstrated that there were 406 species, belonging to 16 orders and 125 families. Among them, Lepidoptera and Coleoptera occupied 44.33%. About 85.6% families had only one species or few species(2-5), indicating that most of insect population in the Park was few species families
